This charming and cozy studio apartment, located on the basement level, offers a comfortable and independent space for up to 3 additional guests.
The apartment features two private patios, a double bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a single bed.
Cool and refreshing during the summer months and warm and inviting in winter, the studio is designed for year-round comfort.
The studio can be rented together with the main house or independently, offering flexibility depending on your needs.

A private garage is available upon request and can be added to either option (Main House or Studio). Ideal for guests with a car, bicycles, surfboards, or additional storage needs.
